Dealing with Enquiries & Complaints
At Ltest you are assured of a professional one-to-one service from our fully qualified driving instructors. However if for any reason you are not happy with our service, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our office is available to call between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and between 9am - 4pm on Saturdays. We will endeavour to answer your call straight away, however if we are unable to answer, you can leave message and we will call you back.
If you make a formal complaint to us, we will investigate the matter and normally write back to you within 14 days.
Professional Membership
Each of our instructors are listed on the DSA register of instructors. We are also members of the Driving Instructors Association (DIA) which represents its members' interests to the DSA and other government bodies.
Our instructors are committed to offering the highest standards of tuition using the latest training methods. We encourage all our instructors to continue to improve their standing through Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
