Ltest School of Motoring was started in 2005 as an independent driving school with a vision to improve the standard of Driving Instruction on offer to pupils giving the best chance of being able to pass the driving test 1st time.
We also recognised that driving instructors need to have a career path and the opportunity to improve upon their skills and earnings potential.
Ltest director, James Eisen, "We decided to offer pupils a unique Pass Guarantee Scheme after looking at ways in which to improve the service both to pupils and driving instructors". The scheme offers pupils who follow a prescribed course a guarantee that Ltest will pay for a second attempt at the driving test if a pupil does not pass at their first attempt.
Our service encourages pupils to commit to a programme of learning, and for instructors to always improve upon their success in the way they instruct.

The People
James Eisen - Approved Driving Instructor & Company Director
James has worked as a Driving Instructor since qualifying in April 2005. Having trained with BSM, James started Ltest School of Motoring with a view to offering better value for money and a more personal service for pupils.
James has had over 100 pass successes since founding the school and is now dividing his time between providing instruction and developing the business.
Prior to becoming an instructor James was an IT consultant advising Local Government and private industry. James has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leisure Studies. James is also a trustee of a Manchester based charity, MLJC. James lives in Sale with his fiancée, Samantha.
Andrew Brady - Approved Driving Instructor
Andrew joined Ltest in September 2007 after qualifying as an ADI with the Instructor College. Andrew previously worked as a solicitor for a conveyancing firm in Manchester. He holds degrees in law and engineering from Manchester University. Andrew lives in Ashton upon Mersey with his wife, Mitre.
